Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing/Sales Manager to lead our company’s marketing and sales efforts. The Marketing/Sales Manager will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing the sales team, and driving company revenue.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals
- Create and oversee marketing budgets, forecasts, and metrics reporting
- Manage the company's branding, positioning, competitive research etc.
- Lead the sales team, set targets, establish territories and quotas
- Build relationships with vendors, distributors, customers etc.
- Collaborate with other departments on new product launches and initiatives
Your Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in marketing and sales management
- Demonstrated ability to develop successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience managing high performing sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools
