Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing/Sales Manager to lead our company’s marketing and sales efforts. The Marketing/Sales Manager will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing the sales team, and driving company revenue.

Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals
Create and oversee marketing budgets, forecasts, and metrics reporting
Manage the company's branding, positioning, competitive research etc.
Lead the sales team, set targets, establish territories and quotas
Build relationships with vendors, distributors, customers etc.
Collaborate with other departments on new product launches and initiatives

Your Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years experience in marketing and sales management
Demonstrated ability to develop successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience managing high performing sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools
